We have over 700 items listed in detail with more being added on a weekly and monthly basis from local, national and international producers. Many of our products cater for numerous special dietary requirements such as lactose, dairy, yeast and soya. All of our products are Gluten and Wheat free and none of the products we stock contain Codex Wheat Starch.

Midsummer Madness

We will be hosting our 3rd Midsummer Madness Event at our retail outlet in North Duffield, North Yorkshire on Saturday 11th July 2009.

With so much going on in the gluten free world we will have lots to sample including products from the Gluten Out and Beiker Ranges and much more.

After the success of last years BBQ, Stu will once again be manning the BBQ from 11am serving up hotdogs and burgers - all gluten and wheat free of course.

New from Italy - Gluten Out

We are pleased to launch the first filled pasta's to the UK. Gluten Out have been creating delicious gluten free pizza's, pasta's, desserts and ice creams for nearly 10 years. The Ham tortellini and Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli are perfect meals, tasting just like fresh pasta. In addition to the pasta we have also introduced three delicious pizza's, foccacia and some delicious desserts, see all of the products here

Our new range of savoury products are here!Great bakers ar hard at work making delicious sausage rolls, Cornish pasty's and meat slices to name a few, using only the finest, freshest ingredients. Each item is hand made by a team in the heart of Yorkshire.
From Mid March 2009 our puff pastry will be available in a ready to roll block and we will also add delicious cheese straws to the range.
